Village Water Zambia Village Water Zambia has worked with communities in Western Province since 2003, providing them with safe water, and supporting hygiene education and sanitation training, to ensure that families enjoy better health. Village Water believes in building local capacity, and prefers to invest in partnerships, rather than employing in-country staff directly. In 2014, Village Water became the smallest charity to date to be selected for the UK Aid Match scheme, raising over £287,000, to be matched by the UK government. You can support by organising an event, getting your community involved or becoming a volunteer.
